Dr. Ryan Adami founded Xcelsior Health with one clear mission: to build a better model of care — one that puts prevention, longevity, and patient relationships at the center.

He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2005 and went on to complete dual residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of South Florida in 2009.

Today, Dr. Adami leads the Xcelsior Longevity Plus program, working directly with a limited number of patients who want to optimize their healthspan, performance, and long-term vitality.

As Medical Director, he also guides the entire Xcelsior Health team, ensuring that every patient — whether in primary care or longevity medicine — benefits from the same thoughtful, proactive, and data-driven approach.
